Hey all!!
So I feel like I’m filling out an online dating profile doing this or something haha. Where to start… hmmm.
Ok so I’m 24 years old and a junior, working on my bachelors degree in clinical/counseling psychology. After I graduate I want to go to Grad school and get my Masters in clinical psych but ultimately I am going for my PhD. Um so yeah, I’m a pretty big psychology buff (what other 24 year old do you know spent their summer break reading a book by Carl Jung and Googling brain mapping MRI’s just for fun?).
I love research, which is something I never thought I’d say but after beginning my own research study for class I’ve found a love for it, and would love to incorporate it into my career somehow.
I’m a huge music fan as well. Without getting weird(er), I find music to be one of the most therapeutic tools the world has ever created (except country music; that shit is Satans work).
Things I’m a fan of:
- Coffee
- Playing guitar
- Writing
- Going to the beach (although in NY they’re hard to come by)
- Traveling
- Shopping
- Cooking/baking
- Spending time with my family
- Spending time with my friends
- School (I know, nerd alert!!)
